Purchase Terms.
The purchase of any online course, digital product, coaching program, workshop or service from Pure Creativity Coaching is subject to the following Purchase Terms.yments
Payments.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal. Pure Creativity Coaching does not store your full credit card details.
Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete a course or program does not cancel your payment obligations.
Refunds.
We are committed to providing high-quality educational programs and digital resources. As our courses and digital products provide immediate access to valuable content, please choose carefully before making your purchase. Refund requests will be assessed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will not generally, be provided for:
- Change of mind;
- Purchasing the wrong product;
- Deciding the course is not suitable after accessing the content;
- Failure to complete the course; or
- Changes to your personal circumstances.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy as required by law.
Failed Payments.
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, you will be notified and asked to update your payment details. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, Pure Creativity Coaching reserves the right to suspend access to the course, program or associated resources until your account is brought up to date.
Intellectual Property.
All course materials, videos, workbooks, templates, recordings, downloads, graphics and other resources remain the intellectual property of Pure Creativity Coaching and are protected by Australian copyright laws. Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, share, copy, sell, distribute, modify or commercially use any part of our content without prior written permission.
Outcomes.
Our courses and programs are designed to educate, inspire and support your personal and professional development. However, every individual is different, and we do not guarantee any particular financial, business or personal results. Your outcomes will depend on many factors, including your commitment, participation and implementation of the material provided.
Changes.
Pure Creativity Coaching reserves the right to update these Purchase Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
